SHIPPING POLICIES & PROCEDURES

Shipping Policies

Payment in full must be received and is required before shipping; we do not offer net terms.

Upon receipt of payment, you can schedule the shipment of your Crested Gecko(s). We utilize FedEx Priority Overnight for shipping, with shipping days available from Monday to Wednesday. Shipments will only be processed when day and nighttime temperatures fall between 38 and 85 degrees. If temperatures are above 85 or below 50 degrees, we will only ship to a FedEx hub. We will confirm with the buyer the address of the nearest FedEx hub. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we'll hold your Crested Gecko at no extra cost until conditions improve. While most shipments arrive by 10:30 am, delivery times may vary for remote areas.

 

*Note: Shipments must be scheduled at least 3 business days in advance.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information! Always double-check the provided shipping information. We are not responsible for incorrect information and we will only ship to the address provided. In addition to your address, we require your email and daytime phone number for FedEx Live Animal Shipments.

 

*Note: Confirmation of someone being present during the first delivery attempt is required. We cannot guarantee live animal delivery if the gecko has been exposed to extreme temperatures on a delivery truck all day.

Please notify us within (1) hour of delivery that you have received your Crested Gecko. This is required for our LIVE ARRIVAL & 7-DAY HEALTH GUARANTEE to be valid. We cannot guarantee the health of your Crested Gecko if they're left outside for hours after delivery. Please make sure you're there and able to receive them on your scheduled delivery day.

 

Shipping Costs

 

Flat rate FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping: $45 - $100 (unless otherwise stated in ad), within the Continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. We are happy to provide a shipping quote based on your location prior to purchase.

Live Animal Replacement Procedure/Policy

​​In the rare event of a gecko arriving in poor condition or deceased, please contact us immediately. If alive, we can help address the issue; if a gecko arrives deceased, you must send pictures within 4 hours to epimorphsgeckos@gmail.com for assessment. Valid claims result in a replacement gecko, not a refund. The buyer covers all replacement shipping charges. We will work to accommodate a replacement animal of equal value as similar to original purchase as possible.

 

Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of the original ship date. Requests exceeding 30 days are null and void.

 

All Crested Gecko purchases are final; no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
