Health Guarantee

Our geckos are guaranteed to be 100% healthy when they leave our facility and for seven days after delivery.

 

Health Issues: If any signs of poor health appear within this period, contact us within 24 hours to address the issue. Failure to do so voids our guarantee.

 

Death, Injury or Illness Due to Improper Care or Negligence: Proper diet, housing, and care are crucial. We do not guarantee the health of geckos with inadequate nutrition, housing, or care provided by the buyer. Our guarantee is valid for seven days only.

 

Gecko Tails: Tails may drop during shipping or stress; this is natural and doesn't affect health or breeding. We are not responsible, and no compensation is provided for tail dropping. Crested geckos do not regrow tails.

 

Live Animal Replacement Procedure/Policy

In the rare event of a gecko arriving in poor condition or deceased, contact us immediately. If alive, we can help address the issue; if a gecko arrives deceased, you must send pictures within 4 hours to epimorphsgeckos@gmail.com for assessment. Valid claims result in a replacement gecko, not a refund. The buyer covers all replacement shipping charges. We will work to accommodate a replacement animal of equal value as similar to original purchase as possible.

 

Replacement requests must be made within 30 days of the original ship date. Requests exceeding 30 days are null and void.

 

All Crested Gecko purchases are final; no refunds are issued under any circumstances.

 

Payment Plans and Gecko Holds

We offer payment plans upon request.

 

Two-week payment plans on Crested Geckos under $300: 

$50 non-refundable down payment holds the gecko for two weeks. Full payment is due within this period; otherwise, the gecko returns for sale, and the down payment is forfeited.

 

One-month payment plans on Crested Geckos over $300: 

25% non-refundable down payment holds the gecko for one month. Full payment is due within this period; otherwise, the gecko returns for sale, and the down payment is forfeited.
